Despite it being the Holiday Season, from the e-mails that you’ve been receiving you might think that Survey Claus has visited you. Earlier in the fall there was the Scheduling Survey; we just finished the Negotiation Survey; and now the Company has a Culture Survey.

We are approaching the tenth anniversary of the September 11 th attacks on our country. No matter where you were in the world, it was a moment—which began an era—that is clearly and permanently imprinted in our memories. Please take a moment, whether you are spanning the globe or at home with family, to reflect on the impact to our great country and our profession that those attacks have had.
