A regular meeting of FedEx LEC-26 was held at the Germantown Centre in Germantown, TN on August 24, 2011.

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 1244.

A motion was made by Stu Ledet, seconded by Bill Levin, to accept the minutes of the last meeting.  The motion passed.

CHAIRMAN’S REPORT – CAPT Bjornstad talked about CAPT Moak’s presentation on Emirates aircraft orders and gave a brief negotiating sitrep.

VICE CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

SECRETARY-TREASURER’S REPORT – First Officer Franklin gave a MEC and LEC budget presentation and talked about the upcoming LEC elections and the process that would be followed.

OLD BUSINESS - None

NEW BUSINESS – CAPT Dave Wright gave a brief on where we stand in the ASAP/FOQA process and took questions from the members.

ADJOURNMENT - A motion to adjourn was made by Rich Odbert and seconded by Dave Jones.  The motion passed and the meeting was adjourned at 1345.
