It has been brought to our attention that some pilots scheduled to use hotel rooms while hub turning in Indy have decided to use a sleep room instead. The problem is that doing so prevents a pilot who does not have the hotel room option from getting a sleep room thus denying them a rest opportunity. I’m sure this is not intentional, so this post is to remind everyone that sleep rooms are limited and should not be used by pilots whose schedule includes a hotel room during the Indy hub turn.
